#7: Brett Johns
Brett Johns may have been one win away from the UFC after winning the Cage Warriors Bantamweight Championship in 2013. Yet, in a surprising turn of events, Johns missed weight for his recent showdown with fellow top prospect James Brum and was stripped of his Bantamweight title. Johns was allowed to fight on the card, and impressively won a gritty decision over Brum. Johns has made it known that he wants another opportunity to prove he can make weight and reclaim his Bantamweight title. Johns comes from a Judo background, but he also has become an excellent grappler and has proven to be a workhorse in the conditioning department. It should be mentioned that Johns won the Cage Warriors title after winning a 5-round and 3-round decision all in one night.
