For a short period of time, Pat Curran was regarded by some as the 2nd best Featherweight in the world behind Jose Aldo. Curran’s standing lost a bit of steam though after losing a decision to Daniel Straus in 2013. Curran has since avenged the loss, but he has his hands full with upcoming title challenger Patricio Freire and another possible showdown with Straus.
