It wasn’t that long ago that Yushin Okami was competing in the UFC amongst the Top 10 Middleweights in the world. Okami went 13-5 in the UFC, racking up notable victories over Hector Lombard, Nate Marquardt, and Mark Munoz. Unfortunately for Okami, his fighting style didn’t earn him much fanfare, and after already fighting for the title in 2011, he started to become a bit costly as a gatekeeper. Okami has since signed with World Series of Fighting where he recently debuted with a dominating submission win.
