Ricardo Lamas has to be walking around with a chip on his shoulder. He’s done all that the UFC has asked of him, yet he’s still possibly being looked past for an opportunity to fight Jose Aldo. Lamas is currently riding a 4-fight win streak, but he hasn’t fought in over 8 months and the buzz that was once surrounding his name has now quieted. Lamas may still be somewhat of an unknown commodity, but with Aldo currently unbooked his time may finally come to headline an upcoming fight card for a chance at Featherweight gold.
