Frankie Edgar is just 1-3 in his last 4 fights, so why is he still ranked so highly? If you factor in that all 3 of his losses were to current or former champions, and that each contest was fairly close, it should be easy to see that Edgar is not too far off from still being champion material. To some fans, they still feel he was robbed at UFC 150 in his rematch with Ben Henderson. Since dropping down to 145 lbs., Edgar somewhat held his own against Aldo and then won a barnburner against Charles Oliveira. That’s not a huge portfolio of work, so he will have to start winning fights very soon to hold onto his spot. Unfortunately, it looks as if he will be spending a length period outside of the cage as he is set to coach Season 19 of The Ultimate Fighter opposite B.J. Penn
