JDS looked to be on his way towards cementing his status as one of the best Heavyweights to ever grace the octagon, but Cain Velasquez has suddenly made Dos Santos look like a distant 2nd place. JDS is still an elite fighter, but he will likely be playing a gatekeeper role until Velasquez is somehow dethroned.
