Fight Pass and The Ultimate Fighter: A Combination that Works - Ranking MMA

Fight Pass and The Ultimate Fighter: A Combination that Works

Netflix has changed my viewership habits over the years. The ability to watch an entire season of a show within a short period of time is something that appeals to me now. I have skipped the past few TUF International seasons and my interest in anything past TUF 17 has been lacklust. Yet, after buying a ROKU and seeing the UFC Fight Pass app, I have had the opportunity to watch nearly all of TUF: Latin America and TUF 19.

TUF: Latin American has really caught my attention because of just how bad the athletes on the show want to be in the UFC. It brings about that rawness of a fighter trying to make it to the big show. The UFC has expanded their roster aggressively in the last year. It look as if their expansion efforts across the world and TUF International seasons are here to stay. After watching TUF: Latin America, this is the first time I truly caught myself agreeing with the UFC’s decision to expand.  There is truly too much undiscovered talent for the UFC not to take action and at least experiment with the idea of breaking into new markets.

Anyone else agree that TUF: Latin America has legit talent that just needs time to develop?
